You Cannot Take Your Dog Outside For Walking--CHINA
In a city in southwest China, the administration has banned dogs walking out of the day during the day. In addition, dogs have been banned from the parks, shopping centers, play areas and other public places. The Ordinance issued on October 29 in Wenshan city in Yunnan province is being called the most harsh in the country. It has been said that dogs can be strolled out before 7am in the morning and after 10 pm in the night.
It also states that dogs can not be more than one meter (three feet) in chain and only adults can stroll them. It is worth noting that strict rules are applicable to developing dogs in China. During the tenure of Communist China's founder Mao Tse Tung, the tendency of raising pets was considered as bourgeois hobbies. With the rise of prosperity in recent decades, the interest of raising dogs in Chinese families is increasing.

HENS have the right to move, they should be kept in larger cages: THE COURT
The Delhi High Court has suggested that cages of chickens should be so big that they can walk comfortably. The Bench of Chief Justice Rajendra Menon and Justice VK Rao made these remarks. The bench asked the Secretary of the Ministry of Environment to set up a committee and chaired the guidelines for setting guidelines on the fertility and movement of chickens. The court said that the committee should consider the recommendations of the Law Commission on this issue, suggestions from other states and other parties including poultry farmers besides the perspective of the Indian Borne Welfare Board.
He said that the committee submitted the report on the next date of hearing on 5th February, 2019. The court said that unless a decision is made, the star winged cages should not be allowed to be used. The judges said that large cages should be used where the chickens can move smoothly.
The bench said that no cage of chickens currently meets the size requirements as per animal welfare law. The court was hearing the PILs which claimed that keeping the egg chickens in small cages was like "very cruelty".
